How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
When you sign up, you automatically get full access to all Pro features for 14 days, completely free with no credit card required. After the trial, you'll be moved to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade. You can try the Pro plan risk-free and see the value before making any commitment.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your 14-day trial ends, your account automatically switches to the Free plan. All your data is preserved — nothing is deleted. You keep access to basic features, and you can upgrade to any paid plan at any time to unlock Pro or Pickle features again.
What happens when I exceed my AI chat limits?
If you reach your daily AI chat limit, you have two options: wait until the next day when your quota resets, or purchase additional AI tokens as needed. We offer flexible token packages so you only pay for what you use beyond your plan's included limits.
Can I manage multiple clubs with one account?
Yes! Your subscription applies to all clubs under your account. For multiple clubs, you'll pay the plan price multiplied by the number of clubs. We also offer multi-club discounts: 10% off for 2+ clubs, 20% off for 5+ clubs, and custom Enterprise pricing for 10+ clubs.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes! All paid plans get 20% off when you choose annual billing. That's equivalent to getting 2 months free. Pickle plan goes from $39/mo to $31/mo ($372/year), and Pro plan goes from $99/mo to $79/mo ($948/year).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms. All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. If you're on an annual plan, you can cancel and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. No long-term contracts required (except for custom Enterprise agreements).
Is my data secure and backed up?

You can import data via CSV files, copy-paste from spreadsheets, or simply use our AI voice assistant to tell the system about your players and sessions.
